CORE Returns Policy
Following the payment of your bill AZ-XXXXVC (VC= Value of CORE)
The following steps must be taken before receiving your CORE credit.
CORE must be returned within 30 days following the date of your bill for a total refund of the value on your Pro Forma. Some exceptions may apply. All returned CORE must be assembled, manufactured and accepted by our workshop. The Part Number of the returning parts must be identical to the P/N that we sold you. All CORES must be returned, at your expense, transported and shipped in safe packaging. The refunded amount will be determined on individual basis, according to the technical conditon evaluated by our technicians.
2- PARTS DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT
Should we receive any parts damaged during transit or due to negligence or any other source of unsafe packaging, Aviation Zenith will not be responsible for any associated costs.
3- RETURNING A CORE
A CORE is a used part, which has the same number (P/N) as the part we sold you. Only ‘similar’ COREs will be accepted, meaning that your CORE must be made by the same manufacturer as the one we sold you. If in any case your CORE is not made by the same manufacturer, no CORE credit will be issued, unless an agreement is made with Aviation Zenith. All COREs received 30 days later than the date written on your bill will be refused, except if an agreement is made between both the owner of the piece and Aviation Zenith.
